The Connect 12 registration package will provide full access to breakout sessions and keynotes, lab accessibility, product demonstrations, evening activities, breakfast (Tuesday – Thursday) and lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Registration Pricing

Hotel Fees
The Connect 12 hotel rate at the Rosen Single Creek is $159 per night + taxes for single/double occupancy.

Payment Options
Attendees may pay the conference fee by credit card or check. Both options are available on the registration form. Your registration confirmation is your receipt; you will not receive an invoice.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Checks
Please make checks payable to Healthland. Payments must be in U.S. currency and are due within ten days of registration. Payments received more than ten days after registration will be subject to cancellation.

Transfer Fees
Registered attendees may transfer their registration to another person from their organization. There is a $50 transfer fee to cover processing costs involved in registration transfers.

Guest Passes
Two Night Guest Pass (Monday & Wednesday):
Connect 12 Two Night guest passes cost $99 and provide your guest with access to both the Monday evening Welcome Reception and the Wednesday night customer appreciation event.
One Night Guest Pass (Monday or Wednesday Only):
Connect 12 One Night guest passes cost $75 and will provide your guest with access to either the Monday Welcome Reception or Wednesday night customer appreciation event.

Cancellations
To cancel your registration, send a message to the Healthland Connect 12 registration office at healthland@metroconnections.com and include your name and company name; or simply reply to your email confirmation.
